Scope of Work: Executive Vice-President
In January 2009, Christopher Hicks was appointed Executive Vice President of Def Jam Recordings reporting directly to Antonio “LA” Reid. Hicks directed the A&R Creative Team which was responsible for high profile roster which included Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Rick Ross, YG, Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Young Jeezy, Big Sean, The Dream and countless others.
